I bought an antenna this seller is completely dis-honest.
On Jan 16th i bought and paid for over $149.00 with our visa, they promised more than 6 times the item would be sent out, all they did was generate a label they never delivered the item to the post office, then on jan 30th they changed the tracking number to another one and said the item had been delivered to my po box on the 20th 10 days prior, the post master general has been involved with this from the 16th, the item they sent was to another po box, it weighed 7 oz, my box was never sent and it weighs over 7 pounds and like 5 to 6 feet long, all these people do is lie, i filed federal fraud complaints with the postal inspectors as well as local law enforcement for bunco charges, These people who ever they are rip off their customers and ebay is little or no use in protecting us the customers, i have also made complaints with the postal inspectors on ebay for how they do nothing to stop these types of sellers, and they do nothing to help customers, they didn't even have on file the way we payed for the item, we do not use pay pal because like ebay they have gotten so large their service is garbage, this seller supplied 2 different tracking numbers and attempted to defraud us intentionally, and again ebay is no where to be found, trying to get ebay to call you back forget it, we have 10 times waited the 2 mins for ebay to call us back...amazon here we come.

Did you open an Item Not Received case after the estimated delivery date had passed.
Get a letter from your PO stating that the package with that tracking number was shipped to a different PO box and use it to appeal the case.
