I bought a wooden barrel thru Ebay, in the photo shown by the owner appear the barrel and two articles, a funnel and a wooden base, both are missing and there is no way of claiming it, you try and always comeback to the same place with no answers

@mannava-43 eBay can not force the seller to send the missing items but they can make the seller pay return shipping and refund you 100%,

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
