I bought a TV set and it came all smashed/cracked
I bought this tv set from a good seller with good reputation. After received the TV, I contacted the seller and explained the situation. He agreed he will return my money, I was advised to open a return process. But the item is so damaged that there is no reason to send it back to the seller/eBay. The seller also agreed that I don't need to return the item. It has being a long time and I did not receive the money back on my credit card. What should I do?
