I bought a tankless hot water heater as a guest from eBay now I’m having a problem returning it beca
I’m on my way to find a return for refund as a guest whether I click on the app when I go through online or anything I can’t get a hold of eBay. Is there a number to call so I can get a hold of someone

Sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link from the email you received from eBay, or else right click on that link and choose "open in a private or incognito browser window".

Mentor8 months agoWhen you purchase something as a guest it is totally separate from any purchase on your account. You need to find the confirmation email eBay sent you for that purchase. It will have special log in instructions that apply only to that purchase. When you log in that way you will see the purchase and can open the return request.
