I bought a stolen phone
The phone worked for a few days, but stopped, telling me it wasn't registered on the network. Eventually I wound up talking to the manufacturer and was advised that it was probably disabled because it was stolen. So I should just return it right? Well get this...because it's locked up, I can't erase my personal data! Should I return it to China anyway and trust the seller to not misuse my data? I don't really think so.
What are my options?
