I bought a pair of earrings diamond studs I paid $2900 for these on January 2. I have not heard back
I spent $7000 from the seller I bought a ring and earrings now I’m very scared because I purchased the earrings for $2900 on January 2 and now it is January 5 with many messages sent to the seller from me. I don’t have the ring yet I’ve never used the seller. This is scary me should I cancel this? What do I do?

January 2nd was a Friday and if you purchased the earings after 5pm in the seller's time zone, even if they had a "will ship within 1 businass day policy" they would not have to ship the earings until today, since ebay does not consider Sat. Sun. or national/postal holidays as Business days.
In your order details you should see a last estimated delivery date for the item. If a tracking number has been uploaded, click on the Track Package button later on today to see if the carrier has received it.
You cannot unilaterally cancel a transaction, you have to request a cancellation, but sellers are not required to accept one.

Mentor8 months agoWhy did you message the seller?
What is the estimated date of delivery, as shown in the order details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
