I bought a microphone from a seller
SM7dB Dynamic Microphone Built In Preamp Streaming Podcast Recording NEW | eBay
It's most likely counterfeit I tried to cancel but the seller said no and put a fake tracking number on it. I tried to contact eBay and it immediately shows no buyer protection? So eBay just left me high and dry?

that listing qualifies for the money back guarantee.
If you requested a cancelation but the seller has already shipped (added a tracking number) your cancelation will be declined, but that doesn't mean you can't get help.
I need to know the current status
1) Did your item arrive?
2) Does the tracking number show as 'in transit' or delivered?
3) Did you open a case on eBay other than the cancelation?
Once I know these 3 things I can provide you with the next steps.

OP8 months agoTracking number has been just a label created for 3 days now. So no item yet obviously, I don't have a option to open a case. I tried to do so, and it says this item is no longer has eBay buyer protection contact seller. The only option I have left is return item. Also unable to leave a review.
