I bought a item and seller sent wrong stuff and accused me of lying

This have never happed to me before and the seller states its someone else stuff but I looked at shipping label was his. he is now not replying to any of my email and accepted return but not sending label, eBay says You'll receive a return shipping label by Apr 10. again this was 2 days ago and he still has 2 more day but I get the feeling he is just running as much time as he can. He was extremely rude. what do I do if he don't send a label? do I have 2 days. I am not sure of process and eBay customer service is impossible to even chat to ask questions. I feel like I can start a online auction site and do way better

If the seller will not send a return shipping label, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm
