i bought a item and need some help
friday i bought a vid card around noon
i asked 2 questions one before and 1 day after *no repsonse given*
it is monday and still no tracking # or response
the eta delivery time ebay saids is 21st
if i do not get it by that time do i cancel order or how would i handle this possible issue
and am i to paranoid or valid to be lol

If the item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, do not request cancellation, open a not received claim.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
Not all sellers are around or ship on the weekends - today is the first business day after Friday for shipment by ups or fedex. It is PO holiday, so if shipping usps, it can’t ship until tomorrow.
