I bought a historic campervan for restauration on Apr 27th, but the seller destroyed it
I bought a campervan on EBay auction on Saturday morning. The seller then comes back telling me he has started taking it apart... he would send photos. When I asked for an explanation nothing happened for 10 hours and then he sends photos without explanation showing parts and pieces, a restauration is no longer possible. I had expenses hiring people, a vehicle and a trailer to pick it up, the seller lets me and the guys wait for a whole 10 hours. Then he offers me parts of the vehicle for more money. He is not talking about the engine! A vital part in a vehicle. How can I claim my expenses, I need to name and address of the seller and I will also report him to EBay. I made a full documentation of the deal and the interchange with the seller. Unfortunately it is all in German, since the item was listed on the German site. Thank you

·2 years agoYou’re registered on the German site, and it appears that is where the transaction took place. You’re going to need to return to the German site and ask your question there, since some ebay policies are site specific and we in the USA wouldn’t know those policies.
