-Go to your Purchase history
-Locate the item and locate the return flow and select the reason Item not as described - does not match description or pictures
-Be prepared to upload a picture to the return claim
-eBay will issue you a pre paid return USPS shipping label
-Repack the item carefully, attach the label to the box and ship it back
-When the Seller gets the item back they will have 2 days to Refund you, if they don't then go back to the claim and use the Ask eBay to step in link to force a refund
-You do NOT need to be in contact with the Seller

OP3 years agoI did everything but send photos but ebay closed the case stating item was delivered wich doesn't make sense the seller wanted me to pay for shipping and return and the item is a fake i can't talk to anyone from ebay for help what can I do its all automated
