I bought a counterfeit purse
I bought a counterfeit purse from a semi-reputable seller who I've purchased from before. All I want is a refund. Do I report this to Ebay as well as get a refund? The seller has yet to respond to my refund request either.

Mentor2 years agoYou need to file a request for return with your seller.
Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.

1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.

You have to file a return for Not as described - does not match pictures or description. You are not going to simply get your money refund just by claiming the item is not authentic, you have to return it.
