I bought two 80v lithium ion batteries which both failed in less than 1 year. I tried contacting the seller multiple time and they have never responded. Is there anything I can do besides leaving bad feedback. I really do not like doing this unless there is no longer any option to correct this.

ebay's money back guarantee expires after 30 days of receipt of the item. Product warranties issued by the manufacturer only apply to the original purchaser. These companies do not honor warranties for items sold on ebay unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller.

You only have 60 days in which to leave feedback.

If you paid with Paypal, you can file a case with them, as they allow up to 180 days to file a case. If you paid with a credit card, contact the card issuer.
