I bidded on an item,i won item ,seller puts closed on the item,what does that mean and what recourse

·2 years agoWhat do you mean by "seller puts closed on the item"? Where are you seeing something like that and what EXACTLY does it say? A screenshot would be most helpful, also the item number for the auction listing.
Check in your My eBay: Purchase History for the item.*
*ETA: If it's there, click on "Order details" at the top right of its entry to see what happened after you won it. If it's not there, what facts make you think you won the item?
