I bid on a item and someone else wins then the next week it comes back for sale by the same seller
I bid on a mining claim 2 weeks ago and at the last 5 seconds I was out bid , then 2 days later the item came back up for sale by the same seller , so I bid on it again , and again in the last 5 seconds I was out bid , this time I was offered a second chance to purchase . it really **bleep** me off so I rejected the second chance . is this legal on Ebay , seems real unetical to me . Just curious if any one else has had this happen .

Mentor2 years agoI'm guessing that last bidder either asks to cancel, or the seller cancelled the sale. Once a sale is cancelled, why wouldn't the seller relist the item?
