I believe buyers should have right to cancel orders before item physically ships for refund.
Currently it's the seller's decision to cancel/refund before buying the shipping label. What if seller ignores buyer's request to cancel/refund because of wrong payment type by buyet, buys the shipping label, and then doesn't ship until 24 hours or more?

Sellers are not obligated to accept a buyer's request to cancel.
Sellers can have a handling time up to 30 days, as long as the item is delivered to the buyer on or before the estimated date of delivery.
