Did you actually read the thread you linked to?

The address is likely a freight forwarded used by many legitimate buyers and some scammers.

Since no one posts messages about an address involved in a successful transaction, only the scams get publicized, so there is no way to know how many successful transactions occur for each complaint you can see.
