I been speaking to a E-bay customer agency for a item I'm trying to return and refund.
Not aware this item is a product of china, which it would cause me to pay for the return which is the triple the amount I paid for. So I like to resolve my problem, if I'm able to get my full refund and have a return label. Thank you

If the item was listed as located in the US, then the seller must provide a US return address. If your return is for an item not as described, then the seller must give you the money to pay for the return shipping before you pay for the label.
Go to your return and click 'ask us to step in'.
