I been scammed on ebay please help.
I didn't get my entire my entire order
Unfortunately ebay does not protect buyers, seller provided false statement to ebay, I been scammed by senbeen0. On October 19, 2024 i have purchased 2 hard drive then decided to cancel because of not having enough info. i have contact the seller to refund cancellation and they decline. and was not often answering my messages. This seller provided me with a tracking number that does not match my personal information. I have contact UPS regarding this matter and have told me that Ebay needs to contact them so they can provide them information regarding tracking number 1Z97V9F40339417798. Based on UPS this tracking number its not associated to my name or address and also cannot provide me with who under name is it became its a security breach. I realized ebay does not protect me and have stole my money. That picture showing on the UPS website does not match my address. seller block me from making a claim on ups.
