I ask the seller to honor my offer but they didn't, how do I receive a partial refund for overpaying
 
 I paid $38 and I originally was supposed to pay $26 for a $25 offer I gave to the seller and they accepted i communicated with seller to give me a refund of the diff and they never did what can I do, the shirt was originally priced at $39, and I want to keep it for I collect Maluma merchandise, any suggestions would help
