I am very unhappy that I cannot contact eBay by phone any longer and get immediate assistance.
The online chat and subsequent CSR phone calls are a complete waste of time. The CSR's cannot help and most are offshore or cannot speak correct English and refuse to deviate from their script.

You will get fast and accurate results by asking your question on this Board before trying to reach an eBay rep. You are wasting the expertise of the volunteers by this Board by not using it. 🙂
