I am unable to cancel an unpaid order.
Seller listed local pickup in description. When I contacted Seller with my zip code I was given an estimated shipping amount so I bid on the item. However Seller did not revise auction with the shipping fee. I won the bid, but cannot pay since it’s not for the total amount, the shipping is still not included. System won’t let me cancel order, and Seller is not responding to 3 messages for help that I sent. I don’t want a non-payment strike against me. What do I do?
