when I pull it up, it says Contact seller for shipping costs. On my end, it will not let me change that shipping.cost

If there is an open offer, you can not change the shipping.
You probably need to change the dimensions - buyers usually get the ‘won’t ship to’ message when the system can not calculate the shipping.
