every time I want to return something its a project .I need some way to commuicate with someone at ebay better.

A return is more likely to become a 'project' when you bring an eBay CS rep into the mix. The process usually works simply if you follow the automated procedure. Here's what to do:

File a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... choosing the reason for the return from the list.
If the seller fails to provide a shipping label (or a refund) within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in.

You didn't tell us WHY you want to return the item. The procedure is a bit different when it's a 'buyer's remorse' reason ... as compared to an 'item not as described'.
