I am trying to contact Ebay but all my emails are ending up in black hole.

Question

Is ebay put everything on autopilot? I can get hold of eBay when i need help. No customer support at all. Buyers are threatening the sellers and refusing to return items even though you refunded them. All the inquiries go in circles. Is anyone having same issues?

Never do a refund until the item is returned.

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.

Do not refund the buyer until you get the item back. When a buyer files a Returns Request, if you refund first, they will not be able to print a return shipping label.
