i am trying to bid, but when i try to bid i receive a message, two unpaid purchases????

i cannot find any information from ebay on why i cannot bid. i have always paid for my items at once. i have 100 percent postive feedback. i have been with ebay for many years. all my records show check mark indicating i am fully up to date. why am i being stopped when i try to bid. auction i am trying to bid on end thursday night, urgent reply requested. thank you, Don Olson (mi)

You are being blocked because the seller chose the option to block anyone with 2 or more unpaid item cancellations in the past 12 months and the servers found at least two in the database (I have no idea what "records" you are referring to with "check marks"; 100% positive feedback for a buyer means nothing--other than that you received a feedback rating in the past 12 months--since buyers cannot get less than a positive rating).

Go to your My eBay: Purchase History and check all the sections for transactions that were cancelled for non-payment (I would guess they would be in the "Returns and cancelled" section but if not there check the rest). You may have to look both in all of 2023 and 2022 since they go back a full 12 months.
