I am a seller who shipped an item it was delivered got a tracking that shows it. Ebay does not show it asbeing delivered only shipped. So I haven't gotten paid. There is no item tracking in item history, but I was initially able to add the tracking number but the content is gone. What do I do. I tried to contact ebay with no success.
