I am the buyer:ebay has refunded the full amount of my purchase when only one out of 3 itmes damage
I'd like to know if I am allowed to repurchase the two fine items and indicate that I already have them. But I can't get in touch with anyone at ebay. It is wrong that I can't contact anyone at ebay.I have spent too much time going around in circles to solve this problem. Please help.
