I am the buyer. How do I file an appeal on a return.

I received an item that has roaches in it. The buyer denied refund. I can't find where the Buyer files an appeal to the decision.

If you filed a Return Request within 30 days of delivery with a valid reason per Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, you should be able to ask Ebay to step in to help you with the return request. Find the item in your Purchases . Select See return request details Select Ask eBay to step in and help . Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm .
