I am suspicious about my seller. I believe they are selling counterfeit items.
I bought an item and was sent to a suspicious address. I believe the seller intentionally put the wrong address on the package.

That could be the False tracking number scam. If you file a claim through eBay that you did not receive the item you will lose the claim because tracking will show a package was delivered.
You need to get a document from the Carrier stating that the package was not delivered to your address and then contact eBay with that information to prove delivery confirmation was to a different address than yours. Make sure you tell eBay it was a False tracking number scam.
