I am still waiting on 16 items and some I ordered back in December for Christmas Gifts!
I have bought all of these gifts for Christmas and birthday gifts and still haven’t received them over a months time! Christmas came and went, and then their birthdays came and went!!!

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
