I am so frustraded...
Why is it that there's no phone number for contact and help in this website? I received a package/envelope that came opened with a small cut, and the Bluetooth adapter was not in the package. Seller swears he sent it, which he did, but the darn package is empty. eBay declared the case closed. How can this be?

You need to open a not as described return - you did receive something, but an empty package is not what you purchased.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Add photos of the damaged package, and add a note that the item package was received without contents.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
