I am SICK of these 0 Feedback Bidders not Paying!
I recently started listing my collection of Monster High dolls and I have been hit with several 0 Feedback Bidders who are not paying for the items they bid on. In some cases, they outbid another bidder and I lost that sale because of them!
I set up my Buyer's Requirements to block bidders but there is nothing to prevent the bidders for tying up my listings for 4 days while I wait until the Automatic Unpaid Item Assist to cancel the transaction for nonpayment.
This week I have had 2 out of 5 transactions "won" by 0 Feedback bidders and neither have paid.
I have read several other posts from sellers having the same issues.
I understand that buyers have to start somewhere BUT shouldn't all buyers provide a payment method prior to bidding?
As you can see in my photos, I did not select the option regarding no contact from blocked bidders and I have only been contacted ONCE in the past year from someone who wanted to make an offer but had nonpayment strikes against them. I added their name to my exempt list and they were able to purchase the item they wanted.

Mentor10 months agoIn your Buyer Management you have set the auto pay option for auctions and offers which would require a payment method if the buyer wants one of these types of listings. However, looking at your recent sold listings they went as Buy it Now listings which are not covered by these options so the buyer was able to not pay for the item. For these types of listings you need to turn on the "Immediate payment required" option on the listing form so the item remains available to other buyers until the item is paid for.
