I am shipping from UT to IL I come up with $4.25 the shipping labels says $17.83 why?
I sold items for $14.27 and asked shipping $5.25 and ground shipping $4.25
Then is says on label $17.83 shipping $6.10 V A T( ebay collected) Total $38.20
Then is says Order Value $25.62
Anyone know why?

It sounds like you are shipping to the EIS hub in Illinois.
The order total is the buyer's total,
You get the price + 5.25
eBay collects the VAT and shipping from illinois to the destination (likely UK?)
