I am returning an item Seller is supposed to be sending a shipping label. No label has shown up.
Every "contact us" that I try takes me back to the same one I couldn't get help from.

The way to get a seller to send you a return shipping label is by filing a dispute using the More Actions button for the item in your purchase history. When you click on it select Return item, and from the next menu select the appropriate reason for the return follow through to file the dispute which will appear on your My ebay page under the Returns header. The seller will have 3 days to respond by either sending a return shipping label or issuing a refund without you having to return it. If they do not respond or make excuses on the 4th day open the dispute and click on the Ask ebay to step in button, they will issue a refund from the seller's account.
There are exceptions reasons that are considered Buyer's Remorse Ex; wrong sz, when a size is given, Found it for less... etc. It becomes the buyers responsibility to pay the return shipping cost.
You waited longer than 30 daya after the item was delivered, letting the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) time frame lapse.

OP5 months agoI jumped through all the hoops an it keeps bringing me back to "how can we help" I fight every time with ebay, trying to get a pai invoice. I am buying for a business and have to have a paid invoice. I am DONE with ebay! Just want to return this item and eat the shipping.

Check the status of your case, and if appropriate, ask eBay to step in if the seller does not provide a shipping label or pay for tracked return shipping within three business days:

For an invoice-like document, go to your Purchase History, find the transaction and use the "order details" link under "more actions". From there, choose the "printer friendly version" link to print or save a basic invoice.

OP5 months agoI believe ebay is the problem. even when I try to contact ebay, I get caught in a cycle. Everything brings me back to where I started. Always have had problems getting anything out of them. I'm done with ebay! Getting a paid invoice is just about impossible. Lots of other places to buy from.
