i am reporting a disturbed buyer

for 20 some emails, this buyer is confused. they claim that i sent them an item that never belonged to me. how did this happen? are they making a problem with other sellers? when i got to talk to ebay consultent, i was told to ignor the buyer. here is the buyer in question. LEUS 564. am i the only target for this buyer. please look into this. even the picture that they sent to me is not my item. thanks. see how many emails i received. atleast 20 some. thanks. sandra

Just advise the person to contact eBay about returning the item and then ignore their messages.
