I am purchasing for a tax exempt organization and I need to set up a tax exempt account on e-Bay, or have a tax-exempt as an option on my existing account. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Unless all purchases qualify for the tax exemption, you'll need a separate account (set up in the name of the organization or individual with the tax exemption). Here's the help topic that explains what to do:
