I am now full disabled and my husband has taken over my ebay business

We do not want to lose the status we have gained on our eBay store so we do not want to start a new eBay account (which is what is typically suggested). How can we change the information to reflect he is the now the seller and not me for business purposes ie sale tax exemption.

You can file a new Sales Tax Exemption with your state.

Your eBay account cannot generally been transferred.

If you have already entered your SSN for your personal name, and do not want a 1099-k issued in your name, I think you should start a new account under his name.

There are 3rd party tool you can use to transfer your listings. Let me know if you need more information about that.
