I am not able to create a listing, it says I cannot sell overseas but I am not selling overseas
My address is an USA address and i am trying to list an item here in the USA but keep getting an error message saying I cannot list sell overseas

Your account is registered in Costa Rica. You may need a US account to sell in the US using a US bank.
