I am no longer to access sold items on the eBay App

Question

Last night I could not locate sold items on my eBay App. I attempted again this morning. I am not logged in, but I have always been able to locate sold items. This information is important for my transactions. Any ideas?

You should be able to search for sold items by searching active items first, then choosing "sold items" from the filter menu.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?

If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.
