You're no longer able to sell on eBay It looks like you haven't met the minimum requirements to sell on eBay, which means you're no longer able sell on the site. You should have received an email in your My Messages section of eBay about this selling restriction. {URLO} help ensure sellers provide excellent customer service from beginning to end. When you fall below our minimum standards, you're creating experiences that erode confidence and drive buyers away. Keep in mind, you can still see recently sold items in {URLl}, send and receive messages, and buy items on eBay. To learn more about why your seller level is Below Standard, go to your {URL2}
What can I do to get back to being a seller again? How can I contact eBay? I think my account may have been hacked.

Mentor2 years agoHi @collectiblestrust
Did you go to your Dashboard (URL2) to see when and where you fell behind? Those metrics are used by eBsy to review seller performance.

OP2 years agoYes, something is really wrong. I got Ebay!!! on the telephone and was transferred twice right down to tech-support and they’re working on it. They say I should be able to sell and they can’t see anything wrong. We’ll see what happens. Thanks for the feedback!

Mentor2 years ago@collectiblestrust. Once eBay says you're no longer allowed to sell I'm sorry to say but there's no coming back from that.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Click Automated chat on the left hand side of the screen. ( Trust me)
3. Type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the correct department. If the bot asks another question after you answered type AGENT again. Then you will see the option to request a call back or live chat.
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
4. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
