I am no longer able to promote my listings
I have been promoting my listings for years, now all of a sudden I am not getting the option to promote listings.

You need to log out of eBay.com and return to the UK site.
Check your seller dashboard are you still at least above standard? You have to be at least above standard to use promoted listings.

thanks for supplying the link.
they say it’s not a glitch or bug, but it’s probably the new selling algorithm deciding that my items are getting enough exposure, as I am selling more at the moment.
