@morganag.wb1nmskgn Are there 2 tracking numbers? If so, cancel the unused label. Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay: - Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay - Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL. - Choose your reason for canceling the label. - Select Cancel shipping label. You have 28 days to cancel a label. (double entry accounting) Your credit card was charged. The profit summary just shows all parts of the sale. All of the deductions should be listed here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/transactions If you use the App, here is where to find your transactions Click Selling icon >Payments >>See all activity Other options - Were you charged several weeks later for an underpaid label? If so, you can appeal using the email you got. - Do you see 2 charges on your credit card? It's likely one is a "pending" charge that will clear in 24-48 hours

You can cancel the label you didn't use within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
