I am new to eBay. When I get a bid on my item, how do I tell the bidder it's theirs?

Also I haven't set up my checking account for money to be deposited yet. I plan to do that Monday.

1. Since you are located in the US you will need to use a US brick and mortar checking account, not a virtual one. And provide a SS # or ITIN#.

2. Your registered name and address on your eBay account must match your checking account and government ID EXACTLY. You can not use a PO box for your registration but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses.

I had to add my middle name to my eBay account.

John B Doe is not the same as John Brian Doe.

AND Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.

5. If you have any problems with registration here's how to contact eBay customer service.

You need to set up your checking account right away. Your money is going to be held because you are new, but you should have done this before listing.
