I am new to eBay- a buyer is saying he’s unable to pay with Venmo /it’s not an option
I viewed the item while signed out and Venmo is listed in payment section and checked to make sure my payment personal info all good. The item is $18- any ideas ?

Mentor8 months agoEbay accepts Venmo as a payment option, and it IS showing on your listings.
Maybe the buyer is having issues with their Venmo account?
