I am new seller on eBay. On many of my sales I am paying for shipping when my posting clearly states

I am a new seller on eBay. On many of my sales I am having to pay for shipping. I pull up the QR code for the sale then I find out later that I paid for all or most of the shipping costs. Please help me figure this out.

Buyers pay the shipping shown in your listings to you. You then use the funds to buy the labels.
