I am new and I got restricted. How do I get my account reinstated?

This is what my email says
Your activity on eBay has been temporarily restricted while we review some concerns about your seller account.
To restore access to your account, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll ask a few questions to verify your account and help you get back to buying and selling on eBay.
Help & Contact
If we don’t hear from you within 30 days, your account may be suspended.
In the meantime, your active listings have been moved to your Unsold folder and any associated listing fees have been credited to your account.
Once your account is reactivated, you’ll be able to relist these items:

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
Make sure you click on that Help & Contact link in the message from ebay.

OP2 weeks agoI appreciate the response. Everything is filled correctly with a physical address and I do have everything verified such as my phone number, email and ssi. If you can think of anything else please let me know. The email was vague and didn't say what info I needed to provide
