I am new, 1st product sold went though FBM I want FBA. IT DID NOT GET DELIVERED. I TRIED TO CANCEL

Question

I tried to cancel and the page would not enter anymore to enter my card number. I am trying to get it right. I have a weekly coach, that has not cleared why I am in FBM. I do not have the product as a seller. What to do?

@qoultradesign All eBay sellers are required to make sure their product is shipped to the buyer. By FBM do you mean fulfilled by merchant? By FBA do you mean fulfilled by Amazon? Are you using some sort of 3rd party program? If it failed you may want to talk with that vendor. Drop shipping, where you fulfill orders directly from a wholesale supplier , is allowed on eBay.
