I am in Arizona and have a person in Mexico that has contacted me and wants to bid on my item.
Ebay won't let me revise my listing to let him bid or let me make it available internationally.

·2 years agoIf s/he is being blocked because you set your Buyer Requirements to block anyone with a primary shipping address in a location you don't ship to you can add him her to your exemption list (link is on that same page) so s/he can bid (you still have to deal with invoicing for s/h to Mexico after s/he wins so s/he can pay).
If s/he is being blocked because eBay bots think there is an export/import restriction between US and Mexico there is nothing you can do about that.
