You have 175 items for sale and mainly all used clothing, that is a highly saturated category and over time perhaps the more highly sought after items all sold. What is left may not be on interest to many Buyers. Double check your pricing against sold items to see if you are priced competitively.
Diversify, listing items in other categories.

My apologies, I see that now but some of other points remain, saturated categories and check your prices against the market. Pricing may be inline, not sure I don't Buy or Sell in those categories on eBay.
Your account has been around since 2006, 20 years but not sure how long you have been selling on it. You have sold around 2,200 items and have 24 Followers. You sold 3 items in the last 90 days which I suspect is a problem for your efforts. Just based on 20 years and 2,200 items sold the straight average is just over 9 items per month or about 27 in 90 days or there abouts.
If you have not been selling the entire 20 years then those sales number averages would go up making the last 90 days appear really off.
I think you may know that part of selling online is a numbers game, the more items for sale the more chance items will sell. If one category is slow then diversifying into other categories might make sense. Keep track of your monthly sales to help identify normal slow periods in your categories.
In any event, I am truly sorry your sales are not where you would like to see them.
